Natural diamonds can be as old as 3.3 billion years and have always been a gemstone associated with mystery, myth and magic. From the earliest civilisations, diamonds have been prized possessions.

Their rarity, and the immense skill required to release their extraordinary brilliance, makes them unlike any other jewel. Worn by people as potent symbols of love, devotion, pride, wealth and power – they convey
a variety of emotions.

Origin of diamonds Thought to have been created in the earth’s upper mantle 150-200 kilometres below the earth’s surface and under tremendous heat and pressure, diamonds were carried to the planet’s surface by volcanic forces so violent we know nothing like it today.

They then had to endure nature’s wrath over countless millennia.
