Below required list of documents needed for Diamond Licence application – South Africa;
The following needs to be submitted for a company application.
1/ Completed application form and for every director or representative
who will buy and sell diamonds the Form H ( Must have training
certificate or proof of knowledge)
2/ Lease of premises stating it can be used for Diamond dealing Application fee R5000 and for every rep additional R5000
3/Certified copies of all directors id’s
4/All company CIPC docs (certified)
5/ Extract minutes of shareholders stating you wish to apply for a
Diamond Dealers Licence
6/ Shareholder agreement
7/ Business Plan
8/ Tax clearance for company
9/ Police clearance for all directors of company
10/ CV of all directors
11/Certificate of knowledge
12/ Bank receipt for starting capital of proof of funds
